Mowing Schedule
- Jan – 2 times
- Feb – 2 times
- March – 3 times
- April – 3 times
- May – 3 times
- June – 4 times
- July – 4 times
- Aug – 4 times
- Sept – 4 times
- Oct – 3 times
- Nov – 3 times
- Dec – 3 times
Trimming Schedule
- Trimming of Bushes are done once a month, flowering bushes 6 times a year
- Trimming of Roebillinis 2 times per year
- Trimming of Trees 1 time per year
- Removal of dead palm frons up to 12ft
- Palms touching roofs and screens will be done as required
Fertilizer & Other Treatments
- All beds and sidewalks including mulch and stone beds are chemically treated for weeds 1 time per month
- Turf grass fertilized 4 times per year
- Ornamental plants liquid fertilized 6 times per year
- Irrigation wet check 1 time per month
- Pest control on turf and ornamental shrubs 1 time per month
